C-252 is a proven performer for bonding PVC & Vinyl. 

Rainbow C252 is a polyurethane cement that develops extremely high bond strengths to a wide variety of materials such as leather, vinyl, PVC, urethanes, rubbers, acrylics, wood, and most man made synthetics.

Suggested methods of application & bonding:

• Application:
  Brush or roller, plastic squeeze bottle, flow gun and mechanical roller coater.
• Surface preparation:
  Insure that all materials to be bonded are free of dirt, dust & oils. If necessary use
  M.E.K. or other suitable industrial-solvents for cleaning.
• Bonding Methods:
  • Method 1: If one of the surfaces to be bonded is porous apply C252 to one surface,clamp for 2 - 3 hours.
  • Method 2: Modified Contact - Apply C252 to both surfaces and allow solvent to volatilize for 1 - 2 minutes, then combine, press or roll using as much pressure as is practical.
  • Method 3: Heat Activation: Apply C252 to both surfaces & allow to dry (at least 20 minutes) then heat the surface to 65 - 75 C.. Combine hot & tacky surfaces, press or roll with as much pressure as is practical.
  • Method 4: Solvent Activated Assembly: Apply one or two coats of adhesive to each bonding surface. Allow at least ten minutes drying time between coats after the final coat. Brush or swab activating solvent over one or preferably both surfaces and position and assemble using firm hand roller pressure within 90 seconds.

CAUTIONS
RAINBOW C252 contains flammable solvents. Use some precautions as when
handling gasoline. Adequate ventilation must be provided in working areas. Keep
containers tightly closed when not in use. Store at room temperature ( 23 C.)
